When can I use my credits?

Credits are valid for the 2026 season (May–October).
You’ll get early access to the booking calendar before it opens to the public.

How will I receive my package?

Everything is delivered digitally to your email immediately after purchase.
You’ll receive purchase confirmation + details on how to redeem when the season opens.

Can I mix Sunrise Paddles and SUP Fitness?

Yes — only in the Full-Glow Flex Bundle includes 8 class credits you can use however you’d like:
Sunrise • SUP Fitness • Mix + match.

Can these be used for special events or collaborations?

No. Packages apply to standard BLE sessions only.
Special events, collaborations, and seasonal experiences are separate.

Can I gift a package to someone?

Absolutely!
You can either use their email and they will be notified right away. OR you could forward them the email after you wrap their gift or add it into a card. I would suggest at least printing it out and putting it in a card.
It’s the perfect experience gift.

Are these refundable?

All sales are final.
Holiday Paddle Packages cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash value, or applied toward gift cards.

Can I transfer my credits to someone else?

No — you can’t transfer individual credits to a friend or family member.
